77juya Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77juya platform at 77juya.net ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with 77juya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 77juya ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

77juya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered account holders via the email address or contact information associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the 77juya platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77juya strictly enforces an 18+ policy and does not accept registrations or wagers from individuals under the legal gambling age. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction — including by providing false date-of-birth information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 77juya platform or on any third-party self-exclusion register that covers our services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your country or region of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 77juya or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

77juya takes its age restriction obligations seriously and actively cooperates with responsible gaming initiatives. If you are aware of a person under 18 years of age accessing the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

Registration Requirements

To access betting and casino services on 77juya, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify 77juya promptly of any changes.

One account per player: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the 77juya platform. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — is a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 77juya's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. 77juya will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77juya support immediately via the live chat function in your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. 77juya may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

77juya operates a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at various stages, including during registration, before your first withdrawal, when depositing above certain thresholds, or when 77juya reasonably suspects that fraud or money laundering activity may be occurring on your account. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of residential address (issued within the last 90 days)

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or, in cases where fraud is suspected, permanent account closure.

Supported Payment Methods

77juya processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source method after applicable processing fees. 77juya does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments.

Deposits are credited to your 77juya account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In the event of a delay or failed transaction, please contact 77juya support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified 77juya account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. 77juya reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the relevant bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided from your balance.

77juya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance without notice.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may void the earlier bonus at 77juya's discretion.
• Welcome bonus eligibility: The welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account under a different name, email address, device, or payment method are not eligible for the welcome offer.
• Seasonal promotions: 77juya may run time-limited promotions during BPL season, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and other events relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar. These promotions will carry their own individual terms and expiry dates.
• Abuse prevention: 77juya actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, group collusion, or patterns of play that suggest a player is exploiting a promotional offer rather than engaging in genuine recreational gaming. 77juya reserves the right to void bonuses and void associated winnings from any account found to be abusing promotional offers.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the 77juya platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are supplied by independent, internationally accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the respective game provider and is consistent with the published figures for that title across all regulated platforms.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a round that renders the outcome void or ambiguous, 77juya reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Winnings from a round that was materially affected by a technical error are not payable. 77juya will not be held liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Pre-match bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the fixture as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are subject to real-time odds which may change rapidly; the odds confirmed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds at which the bet will be settled.

77juya reserves the right to void any bet placed on a match or event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any form of external manipulation. In such cases, staked amounts will be returned to the player's account.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player, and vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market prior to bet placement. Bets that breach the stated maximum payout limit will be partially voided to bring the potential return within the applicable limit.

Crash Games

Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, operate on provably fair RNG mechanics. Each round's outcome is determined by a seed-based algorithm that can be independently verified by the player. 77juya does not influence or interfere with the outcome of any crash game round. The social chat feature within crash games is subject to the general conduct rules outlined in the User Obligations section of these Terms.

As a registered player on 77juya, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any part of the Platform, including betting markets, casino games, and the account cashier
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, live casino tables, or sports betting markets
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity
• Exploiting identified software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void and will be removed from the account balance
• Opening multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct in any live chat, support interaction, or social gaming feature on the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary data or intellectual property from the Platform

77juya monitors all account activity using automated risk management tools and human review processes. Accounts flagged for any of the above prohibited behaviours will be investigated, and 77juya's determination following investigation will be final.

77juya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud and payment fraud
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering or financing of illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested
• Player-initiated self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player with their payment provider

Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting 77juya support via the live chat dashboard or emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Inactive account policy: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 77juya will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to any action being taken. Inactive account balances may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month after the initial 12-month inactivity period, up to the value of the remaining balance. Once the balance is exhausted, the account will be closed. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account before closure should contact support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through 77juya's internal complaints process. Players may submit a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 77juya will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days.
